Mount Forest Family Health Team is governed by a volunteer board of directors that includes 2 of the physicians from the Mount Forest Family Health Organization.

The board hires and oversees the work of the Executive Director, sets the mission, vision and strategic directions of the organization and ensures that the team successfully completes its purpose as an organization
